  • MCPdirect Studio: A universal MCP access gateway that enables connectivity to MCP servers

  • Software applications and APIs
  • Open source software components
  • Related support and documentation

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities and content associated with your account
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms by all users accessing Services through your account

7. MCP Server and Tool Access

7.1 Server Connectivity

  • Ensuring you have the right to connect MCP servers to our Services
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of your MCP servers
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your MCP servers and tools

7.2 Access Control

You are responsible for managing access keys and permissions. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your access credentials.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cogentic Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We are required to do so by law
  • You fail to pay applicable fees
